Remote gaming and betting is the fastest-growing area of the gambling market. As User Researcher and Insights Coordinator for our client, a leading remote gaming provider, you will champion the significance of UCD across the business. You will do this through effective communication across all levels of the business and their customer base, establishing close working relationships with key personnel to ensure a unified view of company wide insights streams.
The User Researcher and Insights Coordinator will be required to document an excellent understanding of user behaviour and needs which will be fed into the design process. The user research will need to increase company revenue and therefore the Researcher will develop systems in order to measure and develop this. The ideal candidate will have experience working with mobile devices, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of design principles, technologies and theories.
