Digital Designer/Front End Developer
Exceptionally talented digital designer with solid HTML and CSS skills required to join the growing digital team in this central London based agency. You will be creating digital campaigns for a host of entertainment clients, in an environment that fosters learning and development. Ideally, you will have spent a few years honing your skills in an agency or in house design team and are now looking for a role where you can start to take ownership of projects and grow creatively.
What we need from you:
• Fluency in all industry standard software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash)
• Ability to hand code HTML, XHTML and CSS
• Flash banner production experience
• A proven track record in digital with a portfolio that shows a selection of beautiful creative work
• You will have a collaborative nature and be keen to become a key part of our close knit team
• An eye for emerging technologies and the possibilities they bring to design
• A degree in graphic design or digital media highly regarded

Graduate/Junior Flash Developer - up to £25k dep on experience - London
We are currently looking for a Junior Flash Developer to join the talented team at this Soho based creative agency.
You will be a recent graduate with some internships or work experience under your belt and are now looking to start your career in an agency environment.
Requirements:
• Proficient in Actionscript 2 and 3
• Knowledge of Flash banner sizes and formats
• A passion for Flash and a desire to learn
• Knowledge of ad serving platforms such as Mediamind and Doubleclick an advantage but not essential
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and work quickly under pressure
• A degree in Digital Media Production, Computing or related subject
