Kristy is a passionate HR leader with a proven ability to develop key relationships both strategically and operationally. She joined Nakama as Head of People & Culture in early 2015, to leverage her 12 years experience in human resources and fulfill the company objective of maintaining high performance during a time of consistent growth. She is experienced in working in matrix structures and an environment of constant change. Kristy has enjoyed a successful career building global HR business partner teams that truly understand the connection between client groups and the organisations’ people strategy.

Fact: Has swum over 165km in the ocean (not all at once) as part of the bold and beautiful ocean swim club.
