As a Sales Manager for Beijing and Shanghai, you will be responsible for driving sales from a portfolio of key agencies/intermediaries, brands and direct clients across our customer base by creating and selling effective mobile advertising solutions that meet their needs. You will also be participating in and actively shaping the company’s sales strategy, go-to-market and execution plan including revenue targets, quarterly targets and strategic objectives. You will be a key member of our company, actively shaping the business with your expertise, skills and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Contribute to the development of China overall sales plan and strategy, working closely with other cross-functional teams and Regional Sales Manager for Greater China
• Identify and close strategic advertising partnerships with leading brand/performance based advertisers or agencies/intermediaries that help ensure long term success for the company
• Develop and grow repeat business from existing advertising customers, partners and agencies
• Manage agency and advertiser relationships to achieve quarterly revenue and monetisation targets
• Work cross-functionally to articulate and develop new advertising opportunities that meet the needs of buyers and demand sources
• Work closely with account management and campaign management teams to help direct their efforts to ensure that we understand and exceed our customers’ underlying objectives
• Communicate effectively internally to align resources (product, engineering, business operations etc.) to help meet and exceed advertisers’ needs that are critical to the company’s success in China
• Act as the overall evangelist for the company and mobile advertising across the advertising, agency and digital community in China
• Provide world-class customer support

Additional Qualifications:

• 5+ years of total experience required, with 2+ years of digital media sales. Exposure to mobile advertising preferred
• Strong network of C-level relationships across agencies and advertisers in China
• Proven ability to build sales strategies and drive sales pipeline to closures, to consistently exceed revenue targets
• High-energy and passionate self-starter with strong analytical skills who’s extremely comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment.
• Proven ability to solve customer problems and technical issues, pro-actively creating solutions through cross-functional collaboration
• Proficient in Mandarin; Good command of English is a plus

The China Sales Manager will report to the Regional Sales Manager for Southeast Asia & Greater China.
