The Managing Director is responsible for leading the Amsterdam office, including developing and executing a growth strategy, leading business development and managing client relationships.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Achieve performance metrics; setting, planning, and meeting performance targets for revenue and profitability
  • Lead business development capabilities by seeking out and growing new client relationships and growing existing client relationships
  • Maintain a robust understanding of the most innovative and effective brand thinking, thinkers, techniques, and approaches
  • Lead consulting and creative teams to ensure high quality and in time delivery
  • Create a robust pipeline of new business prospects
  • Establish a more rigorous and consistent process to manage and grow client accounts, ensuring that they are efficient, effective, and well led
  • Continue to elevate the product, partnering closely with thought leaders and top talent to develop new strategic and creative services and continuously improve existing ones
  • Lead the way in creating a culture of knowledge obsession, talent development, and fun
  • Identify, attract, mentor, and retain the top talent ensuring that opportunities for development and career enhancement exist
  • Lead the efforts towards One-Firm collaboration and teamwork across a multi-disciplinary approach and across offices and regions
  • Partner with appropriate support resources (Finance, HR, etc) to ensure steady and efficient management of the office
  • Speak at appropriate conferences and to the press, write white papers on key and relevant topics impacting the clients’ businesses
  • reinforce and clarify our client’s position as the market leader

Qualifications & Experience:

  • An expert in regard to branding, business processes and strategic planning
