The search is on for an experienced creative services manager with a strong trafficking background and an interest in fashion and retail. You will be responsible for a gifted team and efficiency of their workflow and processes. You must have a thorough understanding of the digital design industry, the technology and the developments within it. You will understand the needs of the people in your department specifically creative designers, organizing work according to your team’s strengths. Helping senior members of staff coordinate and ensure that all project deadlines are met whilst motivating and supporting your peers will be a key focus. Your intuitive communication skills will link with your motivation and be passion for the digital design industry to produce unrivaled results. This is a fantastic role within a vibrant agency, that are looking for someone who can work under pressure and provide that added spark to an already exciting department.
