Resource – PM 35k
Looking for an experienced creative services manager with a strong trafficking background. You will be responsible for the team and efficiency of their workflow and processes. You must have a through understanding of the digital design industry and the technology used. You will understand the needs of the people in your department specifically the designers. You will organise work according to your team’s strengths. You will be responsible for helping senior members of staff coordinate and ensure that all project deadlines are met whilst motivating and supporting your peers. You will need excellent communication skills, be highly motivated and be passionate about the digital design industry and the work you help to produce. This is a fantastic role within a vibrant agency, that are looking for someone who can work under pressure and provide that added spark to an already exciting department.
