Digital Designer for start-up (NAK/KN03)
Description
We're currently working to find a Digital Designer to join the team at an e-commerce start-up in an ideal location- just off Old Street’s Tech Roundabout in East London!
You will be the sole designer in the team and will be expected to take the lead on creative projects. You will be able to contribute at all stages of the design process from initial sketching and concepting to the delivery of final pixel-perfect artwork.
You will be able to work autonomously and present and champion your ideas to stakeholders within the business. You will be involved in the UI design and branding of lots of new and exciting projects across multiple platforms including websites, social media, apps and email marketing.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Fluency in industry standard design software, up to CS5
- Good knowledge and experience of working to brand guidelines
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven commercial experience in either an agency or client side environment
- An affinity for user experience
- Ideally you will have built HTML emails before or will have a desire to learn
- An understanding of MailChimp is an advantage
