The Role and responsibilities

Given the rapid expansion of our social media practice we are expanding the division to include a SeniorAccount Manager. 

The social media offering includes; social media listening, content design and generation, publishing and social CRM. 

Working closely with the wider agency teams and reporting to the Digital Director, the role involves managing the complete strategy and planning for all aspects of our clients social media needs. Focusing on a handful of HK key accounts this role involves leading, guiding, and building a close social relationship with the client, managing junior team members and work towards tangible results in the social media space.

We are looking for a dynamic thought leader, who works collaboratively inside the wider communications teams as well as with the digital, and creative teams.



Key Responsibilities of this role:

·       Providing vision and strategic thinking from a social media standpoint for key client partners

·       Developing and over seeing the implementation of all areas of social media

·       Nurture and maintain best in market relationships with all levels of the client, media and internal partners

·       Responsible for providing insightful reporting that can influence client’s business decisions on how best to invest social media budget moving forward,

·       Liaising with the client on which stories will form the main body of the content for their strategy and rationalizing the split between branding, promotion and engagement

·       Accurately setting KPI’s for both clients and the internal team and providing insightful analysis as to how these were achieved

·       Managing workload and output of one/two senior social media planners

·       Lead and guide the internal management team on social media strategy on a client by client basis

·       Working with wider agency to ensure the integrity of the clients is maintained at all time

·       Supporting new business acquisition

·       In summary the type of person we are looking for is dynamic, very focused on ideas, able to manage a team, with strong client service skills and ability to work to deliver social media solutions to clients.


Candidates with 4+ years experience in digital and social media are preferred.
