Jo joined Nakama in early 2015. With a 15+ year track record of success within the Recruitment & Search industry her most significant experience has been centered towards senior and executive leadership positions in Information Technology, Digital, Business Enablement and Human Resources across the Asia Pacific market. Spending the first seven years of her career in the Sydney and Melbourne markets, Talent2 approached her to relocate to Singapore and take up the role of Vice President, Technology where she led a team covering all aspects of the IT&T market for South East Asia and in 2011 was promoted to Deputy General Manager. Having spent nearly six years in Singapore and maintaining a strong passion and commitment to living and working in Asia, in 2013 Jo was approached to join Ampersand Executive, Search & Advisory to take responsibility to build their Asia presence by opening their first offshore office in Singapore. Jo’s primary objective is to help clients align their human capital and business strategies by providing expert advice and services to support the attainment of critical outcomes.
