I have spent the last 10 years working within the digital creative services and advertising industry, covering a wide range UK and International clients ranging from Above the line, Integrated and Digital Agencies, Corporate/FTSE 100 and Government organisations. I specialise in delivering a range of consultancy based services ranging from recruitment solutions, fixed cost project work, change management, helping clients with requirements analysis, scoping solutions, budget control and delivering bespoke solutions tailored to specific client needs. This is combined with a proven record of successful completion of varied search and selection campaigns, contract recruitment, project management, account management and servicing client and applicants needs.
I have an in-depth understanding of the digital space both agency and client side. I understand the channels clients and consumers are using to create and develop digital solutions as well as having a strong understanding of client brands and in-depth knowledge of digital marketing and delivery and the integration of multi-channel agency offerings.
I have always worked closely with clients to turn their current objectives into creative, measurable online solutions whether as part of employment, contract campaigns and stand-alone projects. This has involved managing outsourcing agreements and PSL requirements for a global and UK based corporations. I have worked with project teams to ensure the right solution is achieved for the clients on budget, on time and on brief, this has ranged from preparing and managing: costing and margin control and quality control throughout a range of digital projects. I believe that any project we participate in should maximise quality and profitability for all of our clients.
