Senior Strategic Planner

Working in an award winning, digital, London based agency with clients such as google, ebay and expedia. This agency is looking for a bright, driven and exceptionally strategic minded person to become part of a fast growing, exciting business and seize the opportunities that such an environment provides. The Senior Strategic Planner will be responsible for researching and identifying key insights to drive the development of client strategies across our creative and social businesses.  We are looking for an individual who is naturally just as comfortable with data and research as within creative environments; who understands how to extract meaning from data and numbers; and who can deliver insightful conclusions that provide a clear direction for both our clients and new business teams.

Role Requirements

  • Ideally 4+ years in a planning role
  • An exceptional ability to learn new concepts and challenge the status quo
  • An active interest in everything digital
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to recognise and resolve problems quickly and efficiently
  • Diligent and attentive to detail; able to follow through on projects and/or issues
  • Fluency in one or more European language skills, as well as English, potentially an advantage

Personal Skills

  • Ability to form qualitative and quantitative research
  • A passion for engaging in research as a core part of the planning process
  • An innate understanding of the digital environment, across web, social and mobile
  • An excellent understanding of strategy
  • A great team motivating attitude
  • Strong knowledge of research and analysis tools that exist in the market
  • An entrepreneurial approach to projects
