The role will sit within the Europe Internet Marketing team, which is in charge of the company’s online investments in order to promote each of the company’s local sites. This role is based in Switzerland.

Working within the Europe Internet Marketing team, the Senior Manager of Online Partnerships UK reports to the Head of Online Partnerships (Affiliates) EU as part of an international team based in Switzerland to develop the company’s strategic internet marketing activities and partnerships among more than 11 European countries (UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Benelux and more). With excellent relationship management skills and senior level stakeholder influencing capabilities, the Senior Manager of Online Partnerships UK will be highly adept at running accounts for direct contracts (one-to-one) and through the company’s own affiliate network (one-to-many). The role will also include dealing with, managing and overseeing external agencies to which certain functions are outsourced. In collaboration with the Media and Affiliate Agencies the Senior Manager of Online Partnerships will be primarily responsible for the company’s strategic marketing partnerships in the UK. With respect to Account Managing direct partnerships, the Senior Manager of Online Partnerships will negotiate long-term strategic partnerships, draft contracts with the support of the legal department and maintain day-to-day Relationship Management with multi-European partners with agency support. With overall responsibility for the account management and recruitment strategy of the affiliate network in the UK, the Senior Manager of Online Partnerships will also be responsible for the UK partner portfolio, invested budget and delivering according to ROI targets, as well as the development of display marketing and media buying strategy as part of the pan-EU marketing strategy. The campaign planning side of the role involves collaboration with the brand team to roll out integrated display campaigns, as well as supporting the development and rollout of cutting edge ad serving technology by working closely with the corresponding teams in the US. With incredible commercial acumen, the Senior Manager of Online Partnerships will submit budget proposals, forecasts and accruals, and will have a keen eye for the analysis and interpretation of key metrics, understanding how to inform strategy through the analysis of campaigns.
