The world’s biggest and most exciting consumer technology brand is looking for a highly adept Executive Event Briefing Associate (Event Co-Ordinator) to organise, co-ordinate and execute events within the Executive Briefing Programme. The Executive Event Briefing Associate (Event Co-Ordinator) will drive the company’s Briefing Programme seamlessly. This includes promoting and communicating the brand message to internal and external stakeholders, along with the execution and follow-up of high-level sales briefings and other commercial events. Beyond this core task the Executive Event Briefing Associate (Event Co-Ordinator) will contribute to Pan-European briefing programme development. An excellent communicator, the Executive Event Briefing Associate will collaborate with and manage Account Manager relationships to build outstanding briefings for enterprise and education customers who are considering major purchases of the brand’s technology. Diplomatic and with an eye for the big picture, the Executive Event Briefing Associate will facilitate briefings when appropriate in order to ensure best-in-class in-briefing execution and correct and appropriate engagement with the customer. The Executive Briefing Associate (Event Co-Ordinator) will be organised and on-the-ball, and will drive quality and consistency in the program through excellent operational tools and work habits including regular meetings, communications with stakeholders and management reporting.
Looking ahead, the Executive Briefing Assocaite (Event Co-Ordinator) will drive various projects to build program assets such as improved content management and speaker lists.

The ideal Executive Event Briefing Associate (Event Co-Ordinator) will drive the Briefing program forward with passion and commitment, with excellent event and planning skills, exceptional attention to detail, strong multi-tasking abilities, and a great understanding of the commercial world and interest in customers and partners. The Executive Event Briefing Associate (Event Co-Ordinator) will be articulate in speech, thought and writing, and will use these skills to facilitate stakeholders and client relationships, and will be fully computer literate. Highly proficient in the formulation, delivery and facilitation of commercial briefing programs to multi national audiences of up to 100 delegates, the Executive Event Briefing Associate (Event Co-Ordinator) will have 5+ years’ experience in managing large scale events in a pressured environment.
