Lead Retoucher – Fashion & Beauty Clients

Overview
We’ve got a great opportunity for an experienced Retoucher to join an established agency as they start to build their retouching department, working across a client base of high end beauty & fashion brands.
You will be charged with leading and building a team of retouchers as the department continues to grow. You will be joining an established agency with some top tier fashion & beauty clients and working amongst a talented wider team.
Your day to day will consist of retouching a variety of images ranging from classic still life shoots to model shoots, as well as images required for pitches, setting treatments for campaign images when external retouchers are used and also advertising for a range of brands within the group.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in a retouching role, within a fashion and beauty environment
• High technical proficiency in all appropriate industry software.
• Strong colour correction
• Ability to hire and manage a team of retouchers
• Pro-active and able to take initiative
• Excellent eye for detail
