Junior Digital Designer - Global Digital Agency - Freelance to Perm

Job Ref: KN20147

Salary: Day rate dependent on experience

Contract: Contract

Contract: Freelance

Contract: Permanent

Location: London

Overview

We’re currently on the search for a Junior Digital Designer to join the team at a central London based digital agency, initially on a freelance basis but with the potential to become permanent in the coming months.

This is a smaller agency within one of the large ad networks with a big presence globally but a relatively new set up in London. Due to the small size of the current team, we’re looking for a versatile, multi-skilled designer who can bring a mix of skills to the table – this could be a technical mindset and talent for HTML5 or some skill in motion graphics and 3D software.

We’re looking for someone who is truly passionate about what they do and keen to keep abreast of current trends in digital design and emerging technology.

Talent and creative flair are the key for this role, rather than a certain number of years of experience. We’ll look at anyone from fresh graduate level to those with a few years in the industry already under their belt. Day rate will vary depending on experience and will be paid weekly.

Requirements:

• Fluency in industry standard design software, up to CS6
• At least an understanding of HTML & CSS and
• Ideally some skill in Aftereffects or Cinema4D
• A designer’s eye for the details – colour, space and type
• An ability to work to tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects
• In depth digital knowledge and an appreciation for design for multiple platforms

We’re looking to shortlist and interview on this one as soon as possible. Please apply with CV and portfolio via [email protected] or you can reach me on 0203 008 2403 for full details.
