Junior Front End Developer – Boutique Digital Agency – Soho
A fresh thinking and creatively driven agency with a love for digital, based in the heart of Soho, is currently looking to welcome on board it’s next junior superstar Developer into it’s steadily growing digital team.
You’ll be joining a 20 + team in a suburb office in Soho, and be involved in creating some of best digital work out there from Parallax websites to full functional Javascript driven web applications, and be part of an exciting start up environment which is growing quickly.

Requirements
Essential Skills/Requirements
You’ll have proven experience as a Front End Developer, ideally a few years out of study, and be hugely passionate about building beautifully crafted web pages and user interfaces that work across multiple modern day devices. This includes;
- hand-coded HTML and excellent CSS , and fluent knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
- ability to build responsive web pages for various desktop and mobile devices
- solid Javascript skills (or a huge passion to learn) and fluency with libraries i.e. Jquery
- some experience and knowledge of current Javascript frameworks such as Backbone, Require and any testing frameworks are a bonus.
- experience with social media platform integration – Facebook Open Graph, YouTube, Twitter
– current knowledge of cross-broswer development techniques and usability standards, as well a passion for the latest trends in front end development.
- understanding of tools such as Modernizr, normalise.css, Boilerplate, and Bootstrap.
Remuneration
Up to £28000, 25 days hol + pension scheme
