Cabling and Rack Procurement/Implementation
This key design role will require you to be able
to begin with the scope of works and develop the complete framework guidelines
for this new facility. Your previous experience in data centre design and
build out will be essential in order to review and validate current designs, as
well as suggest new innovations. You must have a demonstrable background
in similar large-scale infrastructure projects and have supervised teams in the
full implementation and roll-out of all aspects of a data centre, including;
floor plans, cabling design, vendor engagement/management and cabinet/rack
installation.
This is a hands-on design and management role and
would suit someone of at least 10yrs+ experience with appropriate network
industry qualifications – CCIE and equivalent are preferred.
