Our client is a central London agency who are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Senior Designer to join their growing team. They are looking for someone whose creative and innovative ideas mimic the exciting brands that they deal with.

As the sole designer for the agency you would need to have the capability to work on multiple projects at one time and the ability to prioritise when necessary is key. Creative projects can vary from branding development to marketing communications, digital (social media, microsite etc) and pitch work. Therefore, you must have the essential skills in Adobe Creative Suite but also comfortable designing within Microsoft Word and PowerPoint and confident with the functionalities/ technicalities of these. It is essential that you can apply your own creative flair to the design process and be eager in projecting the best possible image for the agency. With an agile and adaptive approach in your work you would be the driving force behind the creative outputs and communicate your ideas effectively with other members of the team.

Requirements
• Advanced skills across the Adobe Creative suite and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Word. Bonus skills would include HTML/CSS and video editing software
• Proven experience in a fast-paced/ pitch focused environment
• Ability to work well under pressure without much creative direction
• Conceptual development from brief to delivery
